Base
- Basmati rice or quinoa

- Kalamata olives
- Pepperoncini (optional)
Creamy & Flavor
- Hummus
- Vegan tzatziki
- Vegan feta
- Greek dressing (optional)
Optional Add-Ins
- Falafel
- Vegan meatballs
- Pita bread or chips
Instructions
1. Prep base
Cook rice or quinoa and wash greens.
2. Prepare toppings
Chop vegetables and cook lentils.
3. Roast chickpeas (optional)
Bake at 400°F for 20–30 minutes until crispy.
4. Set up bowl bar
Arrange ingredients buffet-style so guests can build their own bowls.
5. Serve
Offer sauces and toppings last so everyone can customize.
