Ingredients

Base

  • Basmati rice or quinoa
  • Arugula and/or romaine

  • Cooked lentils (black lentils recommended)
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Pickled onions
  • Kalamata olives
  • Pepperoncini (optional)

Creamy & Flavor

  • Hummus
  • Vegan tzatziki

  • Greek dressing (optional)

Instructions

1. Prep base
