Lean Bean Green Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1–2 cups spinach and/or kale
  • ½ scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 handful pineapple
  • ½-1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more soy milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Serve immediately.
