Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1–2 cups spinach and/or kale
- ½ scoop protein powder
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 handful pineapple
- ½-1 teaspoon coconut extract
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add more soy milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
