Homemade Healthy Granola

Homemade Healthy Granola (Oil-Free)

Servings: About 8 servings (½ cup each)
Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice, cloves, etc.)

  • 2 tablespoons molasses (optional)

  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • ½ teaspoon salt (if nuts are unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut, spices, and salt.

  3. Add molasses (if using) and maple syrup. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Spread mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  6. Remove from oven once golden and fragrant. Let cool completely before storing.

Storage: Keeps well in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
