Chickpea Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ banana
- ½ cup ice
Optional
- â…“ cup edamame protein puffs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust thickness with additional soy milk if needed.
- Serve immediately.
