Chickpea Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup ice

Optional

  • â…“ cup edamame protein puffs

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust thickness with additional soy milk if needed.
  4. Serve immediately.
