Chex Muddy Buddies

Chex Muddy Buddies (Naturally Sweetened)

Servings: About 6 cups
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 5 cups Chex cereal

  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • Optional: protein powder to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla.

  2. Microwave briefly if needed to make the mixture smooth.

  3. Add Chex cereal and gently stir until evenly coated.

  4. Fold in shredded coconut (and protein powder if using).

  5. Refrigerate until set before serving.
