Looking to cancel your membership?
While we are sad to see you are considering canceling your membership with us, we understand that things change.
Follow These Steps Below to Cancel👇
For customers to cancel their subscription themselves:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on your Avatar from the page header
3. Select Settings from the dropdown
4. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page
For Stripe Payments
1. Select the Cancel button
2. Confirm the cancellation when prompted
3. They'll lose access at the end of their current billing cycle
For PayPal payments
1. Click Cancel in PayPal
2. They'll be redirected to PayPal and need to log in
3. Click Payments in the top menu
4. Select Manage automatic payments
5. Choose the merchant agreement to cancel
6. Click Cancel and confirm
Important note: This feature needs to be enabled in your settings. Go to Settings > Customer Payments and toggle on Subscription Cancelations, then click Save.
