I'm Ali.

In 2019 I gave birth to twins. They were my 5th and 6th children. Afterwards my husband and I decided to go on a high protein macro based diet to lose the baby weight. And it was working! We had both lost a lot of the baby weight.

Unfortunately, it also put my husband at a greater risk of heart disease. At the end of 2019, my 37 year old husband had a stroke that affected his vision and ability to work for months. 

During that time I prayed and sought guidance from above. I felt led to the scriptures to find answers on what we should be eating. 

I realized that eating meat sparingly and eating more fiber and protein rich plant foods was the best way to improve our family's health. 

Now it is my mission to help others do the same, so they can avoid a traumatic health event like we experienced.
