Toasted Peanut Butter Wrap

Toasted Banana Peanut Butter Wrap
Makes: 1 • Total Time: 5 minutes • FODMAP Rating: low to medium

Transform your snack game with this simple Toasted Peanut Butter Wrap! Crispy, warm, and packed with creamy peanut butter, it's a quick, delicious treat you’ll love

Ingredients
1 tortilla, preferably wheat
1 banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
drizzle of honey
dash of cinnamon
dash of cloves

Instructions
1.Layer peanut butter over tortilla. 
2.Place bananas on half of the tortilla. 
3.Drizzle with honey and cinnamon. 
4.Fold tortilla in half, and then half again. 
5.Place in a toaster oven or preheated oven. 
6.Toast on medium heat then serve. 

*Don’t forget to preload on vegetables before you eat!
*Nut-Free: Use granola butter or a sweet hummus instead of peanut butter
*FODMAP Swaps: Use maple syrup or sprinkle with granulated sugar or keep non-clover honey under 1 teaspoon and increase as tolerated
