Slow Cooker Shredded Vegan "Chicken" Sliders
Serves: 6-8 • Total Time 4 hours: • FODMAP Rating: Low

Made with Jackfruit and Tofu, but you would never know it. The flavor for these sliders is SO GOOD. And it is so easy to throw together in your crock pot. 

Ingredients
2 cans jackfruit, shredded
1 package super firm tofu, shredded (with a cheese grater)
medium yellow onion, sliced
1½ teaspoons seasoned salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
â…“ cup maple syrup 
6 cloves garlic, minced
buns, rolls, or baguettes to serve

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except for the bread to the slow cooker. Mix well. 

2. Set the slow cooker to High and cook for 3-4 hours. 

3. Distribute evenly between slider buns, or serve as desired. Enjoy!
