Reindeer Treats (No-Bake Holiday Bites)

Servings: About 12–15 treats
Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

Base

  • ½ cup oat flour (or blend rolled oats into flour)

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • ½ cup peanut butter

Coating & Decorations

  • ¾ cup chocolate chips, melted

  • Mini pretzels (for antlers)

  • Red lentils (for noses)

  • Candy googly eyes

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine oat flour, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed, and cinnamon.

  3. Add maple syrup and peanut butter. Mix until a thick dough forms.

  4. Roll mixture into small balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

  5. Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and return to parchment paper.

  7. While chocolate is still wet, gently press in pretzels for antlers, a red lentil for the nose, and googly eyes.

  8. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Tip: These are perfect for kids’ parties, holiday platters, or gifting.
