Orange Dijon Grilled Tofu
Serves: 2-4
Total Time: 30 min ( longer if you decide to marinate. your tofu)

This dish combines the tangy zest of fresh oranges with the robust flavor of Dijon mustard, creating a marinade that infuses every bite of tofu with mouthwatering taste. Grilled to perfection, this tofu is not only delicious but also a great source of protein, making it an ideal addition to your plant-based diet. Perfect for summer barbecues or a quick weeknight dinner, this recipe is easy to make and sure to impress. Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil (or can use aquafaba)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 orange juiced
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 block extra firm tofu

Instructions 
1. Whisk everything together and pour over the tofu in a ziplock bag or container. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
2. Remove tofu from marinade and grill on the stove until all the sides are browned, 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice and enjoy!
