Homemade Vegetable Bouillon Powder

Total Time: 5 minutes 

Elevate your dishes with this quick and easy Homemade Vegetable Bouillon Powder! Ready in just 5 minutes, it’s packed with savory flavor and made with pantry staples. Customize the spices to suit your taste and enjoy a versatile, oil-free alternative to store-bought bouillon. Perfect for soups, stews, and more!

Ingredients *
1 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 celery salt
1/8 black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a jar and shake until well blended.  Alternatively you can place all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

*Notes: The above ingredients are mainly a suggestion. You can experiement with other spices as well depending on your taste preference.
