Air Fryer Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana

 Air Fryer Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana

Serves: 1
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

This quick and easy treat is warm, gooey, and absolutely delicious! Perfect for a sweet snack or healthy dessert. You can eat it straight from the peel or scoop it onto a plate with a spoon. So simple, so good! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or PB2 mixed with water for a lighter option)
  • 1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice open the banana lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Spread the peanut butter inside the banana and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  4. Place the banana in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the banana is soft and the chocolate is melty.
  5. Carefully remove (it will be hot!), let it cool slightly, and enjoy!
