Vegan Protein Packed Black Bean Smoothie

This vegan drink is packed with plant protein and makes the perfect post-workout snack! The secret here is the black beans that provide you with fiber along with protein!
Ingredients
1can black beans rinsed and drained
2 cups plant-based milk
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 ripe banana
4 dates pitted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon peanut butter optional, for an extra creamy texture
handful of spinach
Instructions
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until fairly smooth. If you wish to have an extra creamy texture of your drink, add 1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth).
2. Divide into two glasses and serve immediately.
