EASY No-Yeast No-Rise Pizza Dough
Serves: 3-4 | Total Time: 45 minutes | FODMAP: Medium
This is the easiest homemade pizza dough that will quickly become a favorite. Made with pantry ingredients, it will become your favorite go to pizza dough recipe when you are wanting healthy pizza fast! Feel free to double or even triple the recipe as needed based on the number of people you will be serving.
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons aquafaba (liquid from a chickpea can)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Whisk together the dry ingredients; stir in the water and aquafaba until a dough forms. Add more water if the dough feels too dry.
2. Kneed the dough 10 times and form into a ball. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
3. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a 12 inch circle. Poke the dough with a fork and bake plain for 8 minutes. Remove and cover with favorite toppings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
