Vegan Golden Milk- Dairy Free!

A cup of vegan golden milk which is a warm drink with turmeric and ginger

Vegan Golden Milk
Serves 2 • Total Time: 10 minutes • FODMAP rating: low

This vegan fall drink is not only dairy-free and easy but it combines earthy and sweet flavors and provides you with a nutritional punch.

Ingredients
2 cups plant-based milk
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 to 3 tablespoons of maple syrup or sweetener of choice
â…› teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1.Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Whisk everything together and warm over medium heat until warmed but not boiling.
2.Adjust for sweetness and flavor. You may wish to add more spices or sweetener depending on preference.
3.If desired you can use a frother to add texture or blend.
