Crock-Pot Vegan Gingerbread Oatmeal
Serves 4-6 people | Total time: 4 hours 10 minutes

The cold winter months call for warm and cozy meals. Start your day off right with a bowl of this delicious oatmeal that's filled with the flavors of your favorite cookies. Using the crock-pot makes your life even easier.

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats (or regular oats)
4 cups water
1/4 cup unsulphured molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar ( or coconut sugar)
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
1. Spray crock-pot with a non-stick cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner.
2. Add all of the ingredients to the slow-cooker and stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Stir before serving and enjoy!
