Chocolate Sunflower Butter Cups
Makes: 18 small mini cups   Total time: 2 hours (including chill time).  FODMAP Rating: Low 


These Chocolate Sunflower Butter Cups are the perfect nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free treat for any occasion! Made with just 4 simple ingredients, they’re rich, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Perfect for those with allergies or following a vegan, paleo, or Low FODMAP diet, these homemade chocolate cups come together in minutes. Indulge guilt-free with this easy, no-bake recipe! Ingredients:
1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
½ cup sunflower seed butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1-Melt half the chocolate chips and divide among mini cupcake liners. Chill until set.
2- Mix sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Spoon onto the chocolate layer.
3- Melt remaining chocolate and spread over the top. Chill until firm.
