Ingredients:
1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
½ cup sunflower seed butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1-Melt half the chocolate chips and divide among mini cupcake liners. Chill until set.
2- Mix sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Spoon onto the chocolate layer.
3- Melt remaining chocolate and spread over the top. Chill until firm.
