Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
Makes: 2   Prep Time: 5 minutes  FODMAP Rating: High

Ingredients
handful of spinach
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/2 cup pomegranate juice, cherry juice of cherry pomegranate juice (optional for sweetner)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Instructions
1.Blend ingredients in a high-powered blender and enjoy!
2.If you need to add more liquid to blend feel free to add as much as you
need to get the consistency you want.

* Feel free to adjust ingredients to fit your taste preferences.
* FODMAP swap: To lower use other plant milk besides soymilk or oat milk; Half the cherries in the
recipe; Use bananas that are less ripe.
*Don’t forget to preload on veggies before you eat
