2-Ingredient Brownies

Oct 10, 2025

2-Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies (No Oil, No Eggs!)

If you’re looking for the easiest dessert ever — this is it. These 2-ingredient pumpkin brownies are fudgy, rich, and secretly a little healthier. All you need is a box of brownie mix and a can of pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, and no stress!

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (about 18–20 oz)

  • 1 (15 oz) can pure pumpkin purée

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the directions on your box of brownie mix.

  2. Mix: In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix and pumpkin purée until fully combined. The batter will be thick — that’s okay!

  3. Spread: Pour the mixture into a lightly greased or parchment-lined baking pan.

  4. Bake: Follow the baking time and temperature listed on your brownie mix box. Bake until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean.

  5. Cool & Serve: Let brownies cool completely before slicing. For extra fudgy texture, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Optional Add-Ins

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Storage:
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
