I am a Mom of 6, in my 40's, and in the best shape of my life because of what I teach in this mini-course

 

I’ve had five pregnancies (including a twin pregnancy!), so I know what it’s like for your body to change—and then change again with each child.

With every pregnancy, I felt like I gained a few pounds that never fully came off. And after having six kids, I was left with a body I barely recognized.

I found myself eating my kids leftovers and not taking care of my body like I knew I needed to.

Then, just when I thought I was through the hardest part, BOOM—perimenopause hit. My hormones went wild, and I didn’t want to use HRT to fix it. I knew there had to be a better, more natural way.

I wanted to lose weight. I didn't want to use medication. My husband had a stroke back in 2019 and I was not ok with the possible risks and side effects that could happen on medication. To me, it's just not worth it. I wanted to balance my hormones. And I wanted to do it all in the healthiest, most abundant way possible.

So, I started studying.
What if I could eat more and still lose weight?
What if I didn’t need to overload on protein and eat like a man to feel strong and energized?

I leaned into plants—and guess what?
It worked. 🌱

Today I have never felt so good in my body, I can keep up with my 6 kids (well who can actually keep up with 6 kids?) but I have the energy to be there for them, and I get to show others how to do it too. 

I know what it’s like to struggle.


I know what it’s like to constantly put your kids’ needs above your own.
I know what it’s like to feel confused by all the conflicting voices about what’s actually healthy.

I didn’t have the money or time to hire a personal trainer.
I thought I’d have to make two separate dinners just to lose weight because my kids wouldn’t eat “healthy” food.
I thought eating healthier would cost more.
And honestly—I didn’t have a lot of time (HELLO, twin babies!).

So instead, I prayed.
I asked God to show me the easiest way to lose weight and have more energy—without eating a ton of protein (like everyone else was saying I had to)—and to help me do it in a way that worked for my whole family.

And guess what?

It was easier than I thought.
I never had to make two separate meals.
It was less expensive to eat this way (yay!).
Dinner actually takes less time to make.
And when I started taking care of myself first, I finally had the energy to show up for my kids even more.

Healthy eating, weight loss and regulating hormones is so confusing.

The world is teaching that the answers are outside of you and that you should go on medication.
